Summary: We had a surprise 70th gathering for my mother. 4 family’s with kids ranging from 5-21 and 8 adults and there was plenty of room for all. There is a spacious grass space in the front where the kids played soccer, football and baseball. The U shape drive fit all cars with plenty of room to spare. Maureen is very responsive and helpful. She gave some recommendations for boat rentals and could not speak more highly of them. The kids did not mind the seaweed off the dock with a splash pad. There was plenty of seating for all 16 people to eat meals. The kitchen is spacious and clean. The walking path was a great feature as well. High recommend this property for a multi family use.
